Free Runner Net Ltd ("Freerunner") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the personal information we may collect from you, how we may use it, when we may disclose it, how we safeguard it, how we may access it and control its use in connection with our marketing and advertising communications and the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

1. Collection of personal information from you

When you register an account with us we collect some persona data from you. We will use this information to validate you are the owner of your user account, should you ever contact us. If you sign up to any mailing lists we create we may also use your information for the purpose of providing you with information about any special offers or features of our service which we think may be of interest to you and for related marketing purposes. If you email us or contact us by phone we may collect more information from you to help in your query. Should you encounter a website that is blocked by our content filter system, and should you use the system to ask for the website to be unblocked, we will see this request alongside the email you have used for you username. Freerunner only retains the information it collects when users register their account.

2. Automatically collected information

When you log into our service with a mobile device or laptop we automatically receive information such as your ip address, your devices MAC address, your venue location, your browser type and version, and the date and time you logged in. This information is stored on our secure servers, and we may use it to improve our services and products.

3. Use of your personal information

We may use this information to verify you as part of the customer care process. We may mail you about your account, or new services and offers from Freerunner or on behalf of third party partners.

4. Opt in/Opt out

If at any time you wish to receive information about any other product areas which you currently do not receive, or you wish to stop receiving some or all of the information that we currently send, you may amend or remove your preferences on your account pages, or by sending an email to support@freerunr.com.
NOTE: Currently the user profile pages are under development. It is the assumption of Free Runner that ALL registrations so far has been opted out of any marketing.

5. Non-disclosure to third parties

Unless we have your express consent, we will not disclose your personal data to third parties unless required to do so by law. This is subject to the proviso that we may disclose or transfer your data to a partner company where you have supplied information via a site which is co-branded with that partner company or to members of our own group. If personally identifying data about you may be shared with a partner company, we will tell you before we collect or transfer the data so that you may opt out of this transfer if you wish.

We use your information only as set out in this Policy and will not sell, rent or pass your information on to others for marketing purposes without your express consent.

We may however provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors and relevant affiliate partners, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. We may also release account information where we believe in good faith that this release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law.

7. Security of your information

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us. This is to prevent unauthorised access or unlawful processing of your personal information. We keep your information confidential and store it on a secure server which is password protected and hidden behind a firewall from the outside world. We use secure socket layer software (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information When you register with us.

Our landing pages may contain hyper-links that connect you to sites of other organisations which are not our responsibility. We have no control over any of the information you can access via other web sites. No of any organisation, company or individual to which our web site is linked shall imply any approval or warranty as to the standing and capability of any such organisations, company or individual on the part of Freerunner.

We place no restrictions on the use of this service, therefore children are free to use it. We have put in place a content filter solution that blocks sites that we have deemed unsuitable for access on a public communication service. These sites include
